Are We Really Taking Full Advantage of Organic Matter?

In this opinion article, Vicente Galván analyzes one of the great challenges of the circular economy: the proper management of organic matter and biowaste. He hold responsibilities in both the business sector and public administration, where he was Director General of Circular Economy for the Community of Madrid. Additionally, he combines his professional experience with teaching and outreach activities as a professor in university master's programs and a regular speaker at specialized conferences and events.
